Avathon Government’s Logan Jones Nominated to FedScoop’s Best Bosses in Federal IT

Logan Jones, President and General Manager of Avathon Government (AG), is a finalist for the 2022 Best Bosses in Federal IT award. The winners are decided by a public vote, which is open through May 20. Winners will be announced June 8.

This award is designed to recognize leaders in the FedTech community and their achievements from the past year. We are honored to have Jones recognized next to some of the industry’s leading names.

Jones has over a decade of national security and defense experience in the U.S. and globally, in which he’s worked extensively with the DoD and with commercial defense companies. He is the former Vice President and founding member of the largest aerospace venture fund and innovation group, Boeing HorizonX (now AEI HorizonX). Jones brings more than just his extensive experience to Avathon–he has contributed thoughtful and inspirational leadership, which permeates throughout the entire organization.

In his entire career, Jones has been committed to driving innovation across government. At the helm of Avathon Government, he leads his team on delivering cutting-edge technologies like AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and visual AI to ensure mission readiness in the digital era.
